Yes. Signers age 65 or older pay $10 instead of $15 per notarized signature for acknowledgments, or per signer for each jurat. The reduced rate applies only to the eligible senior’s notarizations; other signers pay the standard $15. Travel fees are separate, starting at $35 within 10 miles of Yorba Linda, and any applicable facility, parking, holiday, or after-hours charges are unchanged. The discount is for general notary services only and can be combined with the October travel promotion. For example, for a signer age 65+ with two signatures requiring acknowledgment, notarization fees total $20. Travel within 10 miles is $35, bringing the total to $55 before any applicable additional charges. With the October travel promotion, the total is $45.
Yes. Appointments are available at your home, office, or a hospital, nursing home, or other care facility. Hospital and facility visits add a flat $40 to the travel fee, and parking is billed at cost.
Please have your complete documents and an acceptable form of identification ready. A California driver’s license or ID card, or a U.S. passport, is generally acceptable if current or issued within the past five years. Contact me before booking if you have questions about your identification. Documents requiring a jurat must be signed in front of the notary. Documents requiring an acknowledgment may already be signed, but the signer must appear in person and acknowledge the signature.
Online bookings require at least four hours’ notice. If you need something sooner, call or text to ask about availability.
Yes, within posted hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–7pm, and Saturday–Sunday 10am–3pm. For anything outside these hours, call or text to check availability.
Loan signings start from $150, which includes local travel within 0–10 miles. The final quote depends on distance and the specific package requirements.
